Senior Services of Austin is a Geriatric Care Management company that consists of Social Workers and Nurses. We have been working with Austin area seniors in their homes for the past 12 years and are continuing to expand our services to outside locations.
Additionally, we have extensive hospice, home health and care management experience. Senior Services of Austin would welcome the opportunity to assist anyone with their various psycho-social needs.

History
Senior Services of Austin was founded in Austin, Texas by Licensed Clinical Social Worker Ariel Rosenbaum, LCSW, with a mission to provide compassionate, expert support to older adults and their families.
In 2013, was founded to offer Geriatric Care Management Services, providing families with guidance through complex medical, legal, and long-term care decisions. As part of our commitment to providing holistic support, SSA also serves as a private professional guardian and medical power of attorney for clients who may not have family available or appropriate to assist. These roles allow us to ensure that each client’s wishes are honored and their needs are met with dignity and oversight.
In 2020, recognizing the increasing need for dependable in-home support, we launched Practical Care Continuum, a non-medical home care company. This addition enables us to provide hands-on assistance with daily living, allowing clients to remain safe and independent in their homes while maintaining continuity of care.
Today, Senior Services of Austin offers a full continuum of aging care solutions—from advocacy and guardianship to care management and in-home support—delivered by a team of master’s level professionals who are committed to client-centered service.
